You are important to us and we do everything we can to check your order accuracy prior to shipping. If you have received an incorrect product or a damaged product please contact us immediately and we will do our best to resolve the issue. Please include your order number and a picture of the damaged product. Also please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your package if your order is missing an item.
- Unopened product from our online shop may be returned for a full refund within 30 days of the purchase date marked on the packing slip enclosed with your order.
- We are unable to accept returns or exchanges on opened/used products.
- All qualifying orders placed during a gift with purchase promotion are final sale and may not be returned.
- Our skin can take some time to adjust to new products as well as to detox from any changes. We recommend allowing around 2-3 weeks of use to see how your skin reacts to new products and its ingredients. Sometimes a few uses alone is not enough time to let the new products get to work.
- Individual products from a kit and all bonus products are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
- Returns must be returned in its original packaging with the packing slip
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer
- Duty or import fees are the responsibility of the buyer
